INSTRUCTOR – TERRY KASS

Terry Kass is a professional broker with 16 years experience in commercial real estate. He has purchased, managed, and sold commercial real estate in the Phoenix market since 1993.

Terry has been involved in all aspects of commercial real estate including owning, sales, renovating, maintenance, development, etc. He is the designated broker for the Kasten Long Commercial Group and a partner in T and M Management, which does fee management for a diverse group of individuals from around the country who have investments in commercial real estate in the Phoenix market.

Terry is a licensed broker holding the prestigious designations of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and CPM (Certified Property Manager). He has been a top performer in sales winning numerous awards. He holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is completing his Doctoral program with an emphasis on Real Estate at Southeastern Nova/Century Universities.

Terry is married with two children and one grandson. He enjoys hiking, scuba diving, yoga, and tennis.
