PARTNER WITH A PRO NETWORK™

The Partner with a PRO Network™ is a community of real estate investors. Each new investor who purchases the Partner with a PRO Network™ package enters the Network as a Novice Partner (NP) and will advance through two stages of education. First, the NP will gain a core understanding of real estate investing through the Foundations classes and at least one Vocational Track and pass the associated assessments. Once you gain the common pool of knowledge and pass the assessments, you (the NP) are educated in the Partner with a PRO Network™ “system”. This is done via Webinars. When you have completed all instruction in the Partner with a PRO Network™ system, another assessment is administered. After you demonstrate that you have a complete understanding of the Partner with a PRO Network™ system, you can then apply online to the Partner with a PRO Network™ to become a Practicing Partner (PP).

Once accepted as a new Practicing Partner (PP), you can utilize the education that you have gained in the two stages of education and start to secure a real estate deal. When a target real estate acquisition is located, you (the PP) can contact the Partner with a PRO Network™ and speak to a representative. dependent upon the details of the transaction, the Partner with a PRO Network™ representative will assign a Mentor PRO (MP) to assist you in the real estate transaction.

Particulars of the Partner with a PRO Network™ System
There are levels that the PP will advance through in the Partner with a PRO Network™ system. Compensation that is distributed to the PP will be determined based on the stage of development you are in within the system. The MP rates the PP’s performance to determine the percentage of the transaction the PP will receive. The compensation to a PP will always begin at 25% of the net proceeds of a transaction. The PP can progress in the Partner with a PRO Network™ from a 25% split to 50% very rapidly. As the PP progresses, they can apply to become a MP and receive compensation from their assigned PPs within the Partner with a PRO Network™.

NOTE: The Partner with a PRO Network™ is NOT a coaching system. The Mentor PRO (MP) is there to assist in the formulation of a specific deal and to work through the particulars of the Practicing Partner (PP)’s deal. This structure is designed to leverage the experience of the MP to dramatically increase the probability of success and PROFIT on a real estate transaction for the PP.
