NOUVEAUSOFT™ SOFTWARE COACHING

Software Coaching consists of two one-on-one, telephonic coaching sessions designed to help you maximize the features of this powerful software in your real estate investing endeavors! You will have the advantage of working with a personal coach who will guide you through the software, answer your questions, and help you gain confidence to move forward on the path to achieving your investment goals with greater ease.

In your first personal coaching session, you’ll dive into not only what to do before getting started, but how to use the Strategy Coach, and how to use the Foreclosure Firehose. Your software coach will start by walking you through how to configure the data, which enables you to input data to populate fields within NouveauSoft™ that reflect your market, and will teach you how you can enter your criteria for prospective properties, sort prospective properties, and more. You’ll review the Strategy Coach, offering you knowledge of different strategies that are supported by NouveauSoft™, and see how Strategy Coach allows you to organize and outline the steps and process to work on your deals – from how to open a new outline, to how you can list the items that need to be done, to the set up of optional management fields in order to list pre-requisites and who is responsible for these items. You’ll also dig into the Foreclosure Firehose tool that allows you to pull pre-foreclosure, auction, and REO properties from a certain county and sort your properties. PLUS, find out how you can add properties manually, add property notes, and more. Session one offers you valuable takeaways and the opportunity to continue learning with your post-session assignments.

Building on the knowledge gained in session one, in your next session you and the coach will log into NouveauSoft™ and walk through the software together. You’ll drill into the many features offered through the property details tab, such as the interview, property information, seller, financials, document, auction, and HUD-1. Discover how to read, modify and crunch the numbers on Profit Prophet, from the financial data, to the financial analysis, to the financial analysis recap, to other tabs.Review the Snaptimator, by walking through the prices pre-loaded from your previous configurations, and how to evaluate repairs and repair costs with this tool. You’ll also have the chance to review the many benefits of using DocClip to attach documents to properties, see how the Document Genie works, find out how to utilize the buyers tab to attach buyers to properties and search properties based on their criteria, and more! Those familiar with the software will also have the opportunity to take a property and run it through the system with the help of the coach!
