Jen Matlock, Founder and President of Central Florida Property Solutions and Bella Vita Properties, has a core belief in her life financial freedom. She earned her B.A. from Upper Iowa University and taught high school for five years. However after coming to the realization that she was not going to achieve her financial goals by teaching high school, she began her career in real estate with the purchase of rental properties. Her real estate business became so successful that she soon quit teaching to start enjoying life and reaping the rewards she earned through real estate investing!

Today, Jen continues to rehab single-family homes and has expanded into acquiring bulk REO properties. She owns two property management companies as well as owning and managing over 40 properties in Florida, Texas, and the Midwest. Now, with ten years of successful real estate investing under her belt, Jen has been featured in several real estate publications. Additionally, she has taught thousands of students how to invest in real estate, motivating them to succeed and to achieve their own financial freedom.
