WEALTH SUMMIT TRAINER – STACY HOLDER

Stacy Holder brings a unique perspective to Nouveau Riche’s team of esteemed Wealth Summit Faculty: she is the successful product of a weekend of real estate training. She says, “I went in with no experience, money or credit and came out with a deal under my belt. I became addicted and went on to do 20 deals in my first year. Due to these remarkable strategies I have been able to do things I never imagined!” Over the last seven years, Stacy’s real estate portfolio has included residential, multi-unit and commercial properties - most acquired using little or no money down. She adds, “The important thing to me, though, is that real estate investing gave me the time to help start a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, a no-kill animal rescue.”

Stacy is passionate about education and loves to share her knowledge and experiences with others. She says, “If it were not for my instructors’ willingness to share their knowledge of their good, bad, and ugly experiences with me, I would not be where I am today.” This attitude and willingness to share her successes and “mistakes” has made her a top requested trainer, teaching over 100 3-day courses.

That’s not all. Her background in film production proved to be the perfect complement to her real estate career, giving her a strong foundation in organization, marketing, presentation, and coordination. Eager to learn as much as she could about real estate, she continued her education and received licensure as a Mortgage Broker and as a Realtor®.

Today, still very active in real estate, Stacy resides in south central Pennsylvania with her husband and their dogs. In her free time she continues her work as an advocate for animals and helps to educate the community on responsible ownership to prevent cruelty and abuse.
