FAST TRACK VOCATIONAL TRAINING
Nouveau Riche’s “Fast Track” Real Estate Education is based upon a "tried and true," scientifically-proven, educational process known as
Instructional System Design (ISD). The ISD teaching design method has been proven, time and time again, in higher education institutions (traditional colleges) worldwide. It enables you to acquire a vast amount of knowledge in a rapid fashion with maximum retention. Assessments play a key role in retention. Nouveau Riche has incorporated assessments into both the online and live learning experiences to gauge your comprehension and prepare you to advance to the next stage of your investor training. The Fast Track Vocational Training gives you the ability to pull from your knowledge of CURRENT, “how-to” real estate investing concepts and strategies and apply that knowledge in real-world situations.
Foundations (one week of live classes): Get started on your real estate investing FAST TRACK with the Foundations classes. During these classes, you’ll gain an understanding of some fundamental topics in real estate investing and learn about the concepts and mechanics of a real estate investment transaction. After completing the Foundations classes, you can take your education a step further and select your Vocational Track(s). To help you select the Vocational Track(s) that fit you and your goals, complete the Personal Preferences Questionnaire (PPQ) online. By answering a few brief questions in the PPQ that assess your desired financial outcome and resources (time, money, credit, and knowledge), you’ll hone in on the key considerations that can direct your educational pursuits. As an added benefit, you can attend an optional (but strongly encouraged) Vocational Track Review at the end of your LIVE Foundations Week experience. During the Vocational Track Review, highly trained real estate professionals will explain, in detail, the different Vocational Tracks and the virtues of each real estate investing strategy.
Vocational Tracks (one week of live classes each): Once you’ve gained your solid foundational knowledge, it’s time to dive into your Vocational Track(s). Whether you’re looking for short-term profits or long-term passive income, we have you covered! Choose from the following tracks:
Lease Options, Fix and Flip, Short Sales, Multi-Family Dwellings, and Seller-Financed Notes. Remember, before selecting your Vocational Track(s), you’ll need to complete the PPQ online and, if you’re attending the live session, be sure to take advantage of the optional Vocational Track Review. One thing is certain…Regardless of the track(s) selected, you can feel confident that the Vocations classes are designed and organized with your success in mind!
