FAST TRACK FIELD TRAINING™

The Fast Track Field Training™ system puts a professional real estate investor mentor at your door step (or a mutually agreed upon location of your choosing) for three days of intense real estate mentoring.

After your purchase of the Fast Track Field Training™ (FTFT) you will be contacted via telephone by a FTFT Coordinator who will explain the parameters of the FTFT program. Your next step is to complete your Foundations Week of classes. You can do this at your own pace by utilizing the Fast Track Vocational Training Video Class Room (VCR), Audio Library or live class. Following the successful completion of your Foundations Week education and the associated class assessments, you will have access to a Personal Preferences Questionnaire (PPQ) that will help you decide which Vocational Track best suits your real estate investing goals. Like the Foundations classes, you will access your specific Vocational Track through the VCR, Audio Library or live class. With the selection of your Vocational Track, the proper FTFT professional real estate investor mentor will be assigned. He or she will immediately conduct a telephonic interview to determine your goals, experience level, education level, resources and availability. While you are progressing through your Vocational Track classes, your mentor will conduct three, one-hour telephonic mentoring sessions in preparation for the mentor’s field visit. Once you have completed your Fast Track Vocational Training classes and all associated assessments, plus the three telephonic mentoring sessions, you and your mentor will schedule the logistics for the three-day Field Training. As quickly as the two of you determine it would be beneficial, the professional real estate investor mentor will travel to the agreed upon location to begin your training.

You will spend three of the most rewarding days of your life learning from your mentor! You will view property/ies, analyze potential deals, and make offers. Before your mentor departs, you will create a go-forward strategy, gain a great understanding of the opportunities that exist locally, and develop a detailed plan to achieve your real estate investing goals.

After your mentor has departed, you will have access, via telephone, to your mentor for 12 months to assist you in your real estate acquisitions—and 100% of the profits from your transactions stay with YOU!
