WEALTH SUMMIT TRAINER – ARCADIO DIAZ JR.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Arcadio Diaz Jr.’s real estate career is not only extensive, but also extremely impressive. He has been working in the creative real estate arena as an investor and speaker for approximately fourteen years and has a proven record of success.

Arcadio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bloomfield College and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from New York University. Following his schooling, Arcadio joined the United States Military. He was awarded the position of Sergeant in the United States Air Force before receiving honorable discharge in 1994.

After serving his country, Arcadio began his real estate career by owning and operating a real estate investment company in Northern New Jersey. Additionally, he worked as a Real Estate Portfolio Manager, based out of Manhattan, New York. In this position, his responsibilities included, but were not limited to, managing a $1.1 billion dollar portfolio, representing approximately $400 million dollars in equity investment, and encompassing over 12,000 residential units. He was also responsible for and exceeded financial goals in all areas including NOI, IRR, etc. Finally, Arcadio became the Founder of two Florida Real Estate Investment and Brokerage firms - Richport Homes, LLC and Richport USA Realty LLC.

Arcadio currently resides in Florida with his beautiful wife and four children. Through successful real estate investing, he boasts of the ability to enjoy his life every day by spending time with his family and friends. Out of this appreciation grew his desire to share his insights on real estate and see others create their own success. By lending his expertise, Arcadio aspires to give others the ability to build their success in real estate and other markets.
