Before scheduling any classes, each student takes a short Personal Preferences Questionnaire. Based on your time, money, and desire to learn, several learning paths will be presented to you…starting with foundational courses and increasing in difficulty to higher-level concepts. YOU get to design your education by selecting
courses within various curriculum paths that meet your preferences and needs.
Instructional System Design
Nouveau Riche’s Real Estate Education is based upon a "tried and true," scientifically-proven, educational process known as
Instructional System Design (ISD). This teaching design method accelerates learning and maximizes retention and has been proven, time and time again, in higher education institutes world-wide. At the beginning of class, students are given a pre-assessment to evaluate their understanding of the subject matter. The Instructor assesses the results to determine which areas need particular focus. At the end of class, students take a post-assessment to measure their comprehension of the material. By comparing the pre- and post-assessments, YOU can determine how well the Instructor did his job and how much you actually absorbed.
