Before scheduling any classes, each student takes a short Personal Preferences Questionnaire. Based on your time, money, and desire to learn, several learning paths will be presented to you…starting with fundamental courses and increasing in difficulty to higher-level concepts.
Make Money In The Real World
Using the
Instructional System Design (ISD) teaching method, each College course has been intended to teach you CURRENT "how-to" real estate investment concepts and strategies to apply in the real world. You will participate in case studies, classroom discussions, and role-playing exercises that will aid in understanding the advantages and disadvantages of several short-term and long-term real estate investment strategies. The Nouveau Riche Instructors will help you build your confidence teaching you not only what to do, but what not to do! You will be on your way to successful real estate investing in no time.
