HEAD COACH – MELISSA BLOXHAM

Many of you may know Melissa Bloxham from Nouveau Riche’s Coaching Program. As the Head Coach and a true student-advocate with a heart of gold, Melissa has helped numerous students grasp critical real estate investing concepts through the Coaching Program. She is excited to join Nouveau Riche students in the classroom as a part of our elite group of Instructors. Melissa states, “My passion is to teach my students how to take action to become successful real estate investors.”

Before joining the Nouveau Riche Team as Head Coach, Melissa was a personal real estate and internet investment consultant for nine years. Learning various investment strategies as a student of four nationally recognized real estate educators, she put her knowledge into action. Her investment specialties include tax liens, deed certificates, trustee sales, pre-foreclosures, and fix and flip properties. Her coaching accolades include: “highest success rate of all coaches” and “top-producing mentor in 2005.” Adept at teaching students from all walks of life at various levels of investment experience, she has been the catalyst for many of her students’ expanded residential real estate portfolios.
