The Founders
Nouveau Riche Founders Jim Piccolo, Mary Piccolo and Bob Snyder are intensely focused on helping others learn the way to responsible accumulation of wealth (RAW)™. By creating Nouveau Riche, they have assisted an incredible number of individuals and families in earning true freedom of time and finances through real estate investing education, but perhaps of greatest importance, is the “pay it forward” mentality they infuse in others.

Since the inception of Nouveau Riche’s educational programs in 2002, Nouveau Riche founders have been helping aspiring entrepreneurs learn how to create wealth and understand the tremendous responsibility wealth brings. The founders firmly believe in “paying forward” their blessings and helping others to do the same by reaching out to those less fortunate, especially children.

This “pay it forward” philosophy permeates the entire organization. At the heart of the Nouveau Riche educational system are instructors who demonstrate genuine care and concern for students’ learning, offering their first-hand experiences to help others avoid the pitfalls. Nouveau Riche’s founders take this real-world approach a few steps further. They recognized one of the most well-known and proven methods of learning—Instructional System Design (ISD)—and the impact of this learning system on students’ comprehension. Not only that, by combining this learning system with a preference-driven course of study segmented by the investor’s level of sophistication, from novice to seasoned investors, the founders have assisted numerous individuals in becoming real estate investors and achieving their dreams.

When Nouveau Riche held its first Real Estate Investment College in 2005, it enrolled a total of 188 students. By 2007, more than 9,000 people have attended Nouveau Riche and by 2008 nearly 10,000 have attended. This staggering growth has created a need for Nouveau Riche’s innovative entrepreneurial center, set to be completed by 2010. It will support the increasing number of entrepreneurs who want to learn the RAW system and start living out their dreams now. “Nouveau Riche is not ‘a’ plan for financial independence; it is ‘THE’ plan for financial independence,” says Jim Piccolo.
