General Terms*
You must be 18 years of age or more to bid. The Foundation reserves the right to set minimum bid requirements. Prizes are non-transferable, and not subject to refund or exchange, and must be redeemed within the time period(s) specified in the description of the prize. High bidders may be subjected to approval and/or a security check before being declared the winning bidder. The Foundation reserves the right to determine the winning bidder for each prize. *Photographs, video and other recording devices are not permitted on the Piccolo Estate grounds.
Disclaimer
The prizes offered for auction are provided by third parties who are not affiliates of the Foundation. The involvement of the Foundation is to offer donated prize packages in its silent auction and the Foundation makes no warranties or representations of any kind.
